For years I have wondered about brain health. Why do some people struggle with autism, why are some people on the spectrum, why to others have bipolar, and other common mental illnesses.
It all came clear in 2022. I have studied health vigorously since 2004. I began picking away at the problems I faced because I knew one day my offspring might encounter them and someone had to be able to help them. I started out with a myriad of problem from birth. Always sick without much of a reason given by every doctor I met.
Then I moved to Georgia and I took off my thinking that I could only get help from a doctor. I tried everything I could find acupressure, acupuncture, kinesiology, naturopaths, yoga, meridian exercises, Tai chi, Qui gong, Reki. Whatever I ran into I tried. That is to say there is so many options to take to get to wellness.
I believe most of mental health is health that has caused a mental outburst to express it’s imbalance in the body. It’s the body making the brain express I am not feeling good. With this in mind we have to remember our bodies resemble a chemistry set in the inside. We put the wrong things inside our bodies and it goes boom, and only the body can determine where it will happen.
Anything we ingest is both our medicine and poison, quite literally. We all have different chemical make ups. When you smell ammonia coming from your body, note you have the wrong chemical mixture churning inside.
The body will produce strong smells, say words like I want to die, express hyperactivity or drag like a sloth to present to us as best it can that its not feeling good. What we do from there determines a lot. The body will do all it can to balance our chemical makeup but it will need or help with healthy for us food choices and for some the absence of drug interaction.
