The body is a very complex system. It’s as particular as your vehicle’s gas tank. You cannot just put anything in it. You can only put its best fuel inside to run it optimally. If I put a lower octane of gas in my Infiniti, it will jerk and not run as smooth as it would if I put 93.
In the same way our bodies are individuals and like certain fuel to run. Out of all the fuel I have to choose from my body just asks that I not put wheat, anything from the cow, almonds, corn, or peanuts inside. From what I have experimented and found if I can keep those things out for a consecutive great length of time, my body starts to heal and run optimally.
At anytime if any of those things are added the body turns into a deeper and deeper vibration. All predicated by how much and how often these items are added to my diet. Just imagine a vibration, it may take looking up the visual of one on the internet. For the body, the vibration represents the bodies disruption when we eat things that don’t agree. The body cannot heal, or stop being inflamed, or get proper rest while vibrating.
The other thing that determines the size and length of vibration is how big of an allergy we have to some of these things. For me I have a very big allergy to wheat, I am celiac. So for me eating wheat causes a large vibration that lasts for weeks per incident and amount. Some of our bodies are constantly vibrating, which means it’s really inflamed, tired, and not able to heal.
The other not so great effect of the vibration is that it can cause destruction to the other organs. Most of the time it just creates false readings and confuses the other organs. They start to feel sick from all the vibrating, but they are just truly weary from vibrating. Once you stop the vibrating for a great length of time their levels begin to return to normal.
Our immune system plays an important roll in either being able to bounce back or being too worn out to be able to get back up quickly. Temporary breaks from what annoys the body helps the immune system to not become so worn out that it barely has fight left.
This is why I tell people the first step in getting to your optimal wellness is finding out what your food allergies are Igg & Ige. Delayed and immediate reactions. You have to catch and know these items in order to stop the spiral of destruction.
